Candied Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 tsp cold water
- 1 egg white
- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Beat water and egg white until frothy.
- Mix well with pecans
- Spread on cookie sheet
- Bake 275 deg for one hour or less.
