Ingredients

• 1 tsp cold water
• 1 egg white
• 1 pound pecan halves
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Beat water and egg white until frothy.
2. Mix well with pecans
3. Spread on cookie sheet
4. Bake 275 deg for one hour or less.
