Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups cottage cheese (less than one large container)
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage, fried and drained (could substitute diced ham)
Directions
- mix eggs, flour and baking powder.
- add remaining ingredients.
- bake in greased 9 x 13" casserole dish (or pan) at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
