Candy Bar & Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients 1 pint softened chocolate ice cream 1 9-inch (6-8 oz) cookie crumb crust 4 candy bars, chopped 1 pint vanilla ice cream chocolate syrup Directions spread chocolate ice cream over crust sprinkle with 1/2 of the candy bars cover with plastic wrap and freeze for one hour remove vanilla ice cream from freezer to soften for 10 minutes spoon ice cream over chopped candy bars, forming a mound sprinkle with remaining chopped candy bars cover with wrap and freeze one hour.

Carrot Cake

Ingredients Cake 3 eggs 1 1/3 cups white sugar 1 cup applesauce 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice 2 cups shredded carrots 1/2 cup chopped pecans/walnuts 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup chopped candied ginger Frosting 1/2 cup butter, softened 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 4 cups confectioners’ sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
