Never Fail Fudge

Ingredients 7½ oz jar Marshmallow Fluff 2½ cups sugar ¾ tsp salt ½ stick butter or margarine 5 oz evaporated milk ¾ tsp vanilla 12 oz (~2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate pieces ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

No Knead English Muffins

Ingredients 2 cups (285 grams) bread flour 1 cup (142 grams) whole-wheat flour 2 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt, preferably Diamond Crystal (may substitute half as much table salt by volume) 1 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast (not rapid-rise) 1 1/2 cups (355 milliliters) cold milk (any percentage) 1/4 cup (100 grams) honey 1 large egg white, cold 1 cup (142 grams) fine cornmeal, for dusting 2 tablespoons (30 grams) unsalted butter, bacon fat or oil, plus more as needed Directions In a large bowl, whisk together the bread flour, whole wheat flour, kosher salt and yeast until well combined.

Oatmeal Crackers

Ingredients 1 1/2 cups rolled oats 1 cup flour (wheat preferred) 1/3 cup toasted wheat germ 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt, garlic salt, seasoned salt, or celery salt, etc 1/2 cup water 5 tbsp vegetable oil Directions In a mixing bowl, stir together oats, flour, wheat germ, brown sugar, and salt.

One Pot Chicken and Dirty Rice

Ingredients Marinade 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp dried minced onion 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp lemon juice Tbsp enough olive oil to make a paste about 1 Rest of Dish 2 Tbsp Olive oil 1 link of andouille sausage sliced into 1/4" slices 4 bone-in skin on chicken thighs 1 medium yellow onion diced 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced 2 celery stalks diced 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper pinch of red pepper flakes salt and pepper to taste 1 cup DRY long-grain rice 2 1/4 cup chicken stock or broth Sliced green onions for garnish Minced fresh parsley for garnish Directions Combine all marinade ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl.

One Pot Chicken and Dirty Rice

Ingredients 1 1/2 cups uncooked basmati rice 6 chicken thighs 1 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs 2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoon Olive oil 1 cup onion chopped any types of onion would work for this recipe.

One Pot Chicken, Mushroom and Rainbow Chard Pasta

Ingredients ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes 10 ounces baby bella mushrooms, sliced 1 large bunch of Rainbow chard (or traditional Swiss Chard), removed from stems and torn 1 large shallot, diced 4 cloves of garlic, minced 8 ounces Orecchiette pasta (or pasta of choice) 3½ cups reduced sodium chicken broth ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste Directions In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Ingredients 1 Devil’s Food Chocolate cake mix 1 8oz package cream cheese 1 14oz can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cans Oregon dark sweet or red tart pitted cheerries, drained, reserve syrup.
