1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups cottage cheese (less than one large container)
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 lb. pork sausage, fried and drained (could substitute diced ham)
mix eggs, flour and baking powder.
add remaining ingredients.
bake in greased 9 x 13" casserole dish (or pan) at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
